You have to go into Tools Options and setup your Return Address.

Don’t forget to click Save Settings.

Once you have setup the PayPal API Access, any Note the buyer leaves in the payment will be display right inline with all the other messages sent related to that transaction.

However, the PayPal note will have bold Blue background to make it really standout in case there are special instructions from the buyer.

If you are using Endicia or UPS WorldShip, it is important to setup the PayPal connection to ensure you ship to the address the buyer lists in the payment.

This video shows Seller Machine being used for the first time after the eBay Account has been authorized.

The message can even contain a follow up question that is specific to the product that customer purchased.

This will send the message using eBay Messages and your customer will see the email inside of their My eBay account.

We are in the processing of making a change to Seller Manchine to handle this different process and will have a new version available shortly.

This will only affect new users.

When you press Download Orders, and Seller Machine detects a newly delivered USPS package, a message can automatically be sent to your buyer through the eBay Messaging system.

Sending the message through eBay Messages is the most reliable way to communicate with your buyer.

The message can be very personalized including the buyer’s first name and what they purchased. 

To activate this feature:

1. Click Tools… Options
2. Check the box that says Automatically Send in the delivered message template.
3. Scroll to bottom of page and click Save Settings

You can even set up a custom inventory field that contains a follow-up question specific to that product.

For example, you could automatically ask the buyer,  “Have played any cool games lately?” if  they purchased an Xbox 360 related product, or “Have you taken any nice photographs?” if they purchased a camera related product.

Sending automatic messages that are highly personalized is a great way to build a relationship with your buyer.  This strategy can result in more repeat buyers and higher DSR scores on eBay.

Seller Machine is all about giving Sellers a tool to increase both the Selling, and Buying, experience on eBay.  This new feature will surely do both.

All you need is your UPS Account Number and UPS WorldShip 10 (a free download from UPS) running in XML Auto Import mode.

If you are currently a WorldShip 10 user and are copying and pasting addresses from eBay into WorldShip, Seller Machine can save you a lot of time.

After your label prints, Seller Machine will automatically send the tracking number to eBay and mark it shipped. 

Seller machine also provides a link to e-mail the tracking number to your buyer through the eBay messaging system using a template to make the message very personalized. 

Product details saved in the Inventory Management section override any values that eBay has for weight, dimensions, and product name allowing for quick and accurate order fulfillment.

If a buyer makes two purchases and pays for them separately, instead of combining the order, you can simply tag both transactions and ship them together in the same package.  Finally shipping two items together is simple.
